LDS has come a long way since its establishment by Dr. Robert Wever in 2012 as a small laboratory in Aruba. With the addition of BASc Eldrich Tromp in 2018, the focus shifted from being a fast-growing island laboratory with unclear work procedures and limited educational opportunities for the staff, to becoming the first RvA accredited laboratory in Aruba and having one of the strongest quality management systems in the Caribbean.
Through the establishment and optimization of clear and efficient operational and laboratory procedures following ISO standards, Laboratorio di Servicio rapidly transformed into a fast-moving, quality-focused laboratory, culminating in the accreditation in September 2019.
Collaborating with Dr. Robert Wever and BASc Eldrich Tromp, founders of the Lab Consult Group, LDS successfully created growth opportunities for employees and continually adjusted processes. Simultaneously, they involved and educated team members. By fostering a solution-focused mindset and promoting critical thinking among staff, LDS solidified its position as one of the Caribbean’s strongest quality management systems.
Today, LDS continues to grow and evolve in it’s commitment to providing exceptional quality and services to it’s clients.
